At 2819 Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your 2819 Store account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
